Returns–
All products can be returned on or before 60 days of the purchase date for a refund as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee (excluding Body Armor and Ammunition). No restocking fees and no questions asked – if you don’t like the product, you can simply return it for a refund within 60 days.
Body Armor & Ammunition Return Policy:
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for body armor or ammunition, regardless of the time frame.
Return Shipping Costs:
We will pay for the cost of returning the item on defective product. If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
To initiate a return please fill out the electronic request form below. After submitting the request, please allow us 1-2 business days to process and respond to your return request. (We are closed weekends and holidays)
