At Civil TAC, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding processing times, carriers, estimated delivery windows, and order changes or cancellations.

Processing Time

• Body Armor Products: Due to manufacturing lead times, all body armor orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.
• All Other Products: Standard products, including tactical gear, knives, ammunition, and accessories, require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
• Please note: Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using FedEx, USPS, and UPS. The carrier for your order will be selected based on product type, destination, and best available shipping method at the time of fulfillment.

Estimated Shipping Time

• Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled or changed before processing begins. Once processing has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@civiltac.com as soon as possible.

Additional Notes

• We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
