NIJ Level III Certified Protection

The Spartan Armor Elaphros Gen 2 Level III UHMWPE Body Armor Plates are tested and certified to NIJ 0101.06 Level III standards. Each plate is rated to stop multiple hits from 7.62×51mm NATO M80 Ball rounds and 5.56×45mm M193 ammunition, offering critical protection in high-threat environments.

UHMWPE Lightweight Strength

Manufactured using ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), these body armor plates offer buoyancy, durability, and multi-hit capability. The dense fiber composition provides excellent ballistic performance while minimizing weight and bulk.

Anti-Spall Encapsaloc Coating

Each plate is finished with a high-performance Encapsaloc® polyurea coating, designed to help contain spall and fragmentation upon impact, reducing the risk of secondary injury.
